Ben Tolson

Ben Tolson joined AQUILA Commercial in May of 2008. Ben’s focus lies within the Asset Services group at AQUILA.

Before coming to AQUILA, Ben worked in the Austin office of Moore&Associates, Inc., an owner-managed, full-service commercial real estate investment, development & management firm active in the Washington, DC and Austin, TX metropolitan markets. While at Moore&Associates, Ben concentrated on project leasing within the firm’s office portfolio. Over his last year with Moore&Associates, Ben worked on 26 transactions ranging in size from 1,000 to 50,000 square feet.

Ben primarily represents owners of institutional quality office properties. Current and recent clients include PAC Trust, Aspen Properties, Moore&Associates, Macfarlan Capital Partners, and Capital City Partners.

Recent transactional history at AQUILA includes:
• 28 deals in excess of 175,000 square feet in 2008
• 35 deals in excess of 250,000 square feet in 2009

Ben is licensed to practice real estate in the State of Texas and is an active member of Austin’s Commercial Leasing Brokers Association.
