William Wyatt

William specializes in the commercial real estate investment sales and advisory services, focusing on office, land, mixed-use, and multifamily properties.

William works extensively with industrial and multi-family developers, commercial real estate investors and family offices looking to acquire development land and commercial assets in Central Texas and the DFW area. He spends significant time in Dallas and is an expert across both the Austin and Dallas markets.

At his core, William is a connector. He values building strong relationships and can effortlessly bridge gaps and foster connections among clients, companies, and friends.

William began his career in 2005 with The Staubach Company in Austin as a market research director and was quickly promoted to a position as a tenant representation broker. However, after Staubach was acquired by JLL, he joined JLL’s Dallas office. Immediately prior to joining AQUILA, William was a special assistant for The University of Texas at Austin’s men’s basketball team.

William holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a master’s degree, both from the University of Texas at Austin. During his time there, he had the privilege of playing on the Men’s Basketball Team and serving as a Student Assistant Coach for the 2003 Final Four Team.

Outside of work, you can find William volunteering with local organizations, cheering for his favorite sports teams, enjoying live music, and exploring local restaurants as a foodie.
