Navex TopCo Inc., which develops corporate compliance and ethics software designed to protect user reputations, reported receiving $213.9 million in funding

The company collected the capital from 11 investors, according to a Tuesday filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission

The financing comes two weeks after Vista Equity Partners disclosed the acquisition of Oregon-based software maker Navex Global Inc. for an undisclosed amount. Navex TopCo lists as its address the same Congress Avenue address as Vista Equity Partners

Also, the SEC filing lists Shanti Atkins as one of the directors of Navex TopCo. Atkins is the founder and executive chairman of Navex Global

It's unclear if Navex TopCo is the holding company of Navex Global. Company spokeswoman Simmi Singh Corcoran couldn't be reached for comment

Vista Equity Partners operates offices in Austin, Chicago and San Francisco. The firm, which invests in technology companies, unveiled its plan to buy Navex Global in mid October

The company, which was previously called formerly Global Compliance Services Inc. and EthicsPoint Inc., was founded in 1999
