We are looking for a Corporate Services platform coordinator to help our team in various capacities and accurately represent the AQUILA brand.                           




Job Description: Currently we are seeking a full-time platformcoordinator who has experience in tenant representation support and the commercial real estate industry.  The Coordinator will report to the Corporate Services Platform Leader but work freely with each of the service platforms and tenant rep brokers. The Coordinator responsibilities include: 


·         Reports to Corporate Platform Leader


·         Provides support function to Brokers


·         Puts together proposals, RFP’s and other deliverables as directed by Brokers


·         Coordinates with head of Marketing when needed


·         Sends out information for Brokers


·         Performs special projects as assigned


·         Keeps all files organized for current and historical projects


·         Manage the relationships with sponsors as it relates to TRep


·         Plan and host events for our clients and sponsors


·         Represent AQUILA in a favorable manner at all networking functions


·         Process broker expenses


·         Maintain Ascendix Database and Prospect Reports for Brokers


·         Ensures timely billing / commissions are paid


·         Manage flow of each deal from processes established in a timely manner


·         Manage Corporate Services accounts receivable/payable with Accountant


Job Requirements:  Qualified candidates should demonstrate the ability to provide strategic insights from data sources; have strong communication skills, both verbally and written including presentation skills; organized; dependable; be capable of building strategic relationships across platforms and among varying personalities; have a strong abilities to independently set priorities, multitask, self-manage, and deliver high quality work in abbreviated timing while having attention to detail.  Must be capable to work under time constraints and deadlines. Qualified candidates must have strong computer software skills in Microsoft Office, Word, and PowerPoint
