Asure Software expands with offices in Middle East, Asia Pacific

Asure Software Inc., an Austin-based company that provides workspace management solutions, said Monday its has opened new international offices in Dubai and Singapore to serve the Middle East and Asia Pacific markets. Asure Vice President and General Manager Nigel Clarke will oversee these locations, as well as the company's UK office


"The addition of our new locations supports our clients’ emerging needs and our vision to deliver global, innovative, SaaS-based workplace and workforce management technologies that enable organizations to connect and collaborate regardless of their location,” said Pat Goepel, CEO at Asure Software


The company has clients in more than 80 countries, according to Clarke, and this move is part of the company's global expansion strategy


Earlier this month, Asure Software acquired Utah-based FotoPunch Inc., a cloud-based labor and time management provider, for $4.5 million


Founded in 1985 as Forgent Networks, Asure employs 120 workers
