Mozido Inc., an Austin mobile payments specialist, reported increasing its latest round of funding to $103.4 million

The company collected the capital from eight investors. The financing comes five weeks after it reported a $93.4 million funding including $13.4 million in warrants to buy Series A preferred stock, according to a Friday filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission

Mozido, which was founded in 2008, develops cloud-based mobile payment systems and marketing software. In 2012, the company relocated to Austin from Dallas after it acquired Cedar Park-based PagoVision Inc. Mozido employs 100 workers with 70 of them based in Central Texas

In late 2013, Mozido raised $30 million of a planned $70 million financing to fund its expansion. In November 2013, it received an undisclosed amount of capital to implement a mobile payment system in El Salvador
