Uplogix Inc. reported raising $2.4 million of a planned $2.7 million financing

The Austin-based company collected the capital from four investors. It sold $2.1 million in promissory notes and $295,000 in Series F warrants, according to a Feb. 10 filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission

Uplogix, which was founded in 2003, develops remote network management applications

The financing is the latest in a series of capital raises the company has reported to federal regulators in recent years

In late 2011, Uplogix reported receiving $4.2 million of a planned $4.3 million financing from 22 investors. Earlier in the year, it reported a $1.2 million financing from three investors and a $1.2 million debt financing from three investors

Investors have included Citigroup Inc., Pennsylvania-based Adams Capital Management and Houston-based Fayez Sarofim & Co.
