Mobile application developer Numerous Inc. has completed a $700,000 seed funding

The Austin-based company disclosed Wednesday raising the capital from investors that included FG Angels, Colorado-based Bullet Time Ventures, Colorado-based Galvanize Ventures, California-based SK Ventures and angel investors

Numerous, which was founded in November 2013 by former Spanning Cloud Apps Inc. CEO Charlie Wood, employs three workers. It came out of stealth mode in May

The company is developing an application designed to track personal data and other relevant information. It’s effectively a personal dashboard that provides metrics such as the latest stock prices, weather, steps taken, miles driven or calories consumed

Wood teamed with 20-year Apple Inc. developer John Scalo to establish the startup. Scalo, who remains in California, is a boyhood friend of Wood when they grew up in Austin

Before Spanning Cloud Apps, Wood co-founded Spanning Sync Inc., an Austin company that synched Google Apps with the Mac operating system. He was also the vice president of enterprise solutions at Denver-based NewsGator Technologies Inc., according to his online profile

Wood is still the chairman of Spanning Cloud Apps, which was founded in 2010 and develops security software for cloud computing. It employs about 37 workers
