Drawbridge Realty Pays $17M for Stonecreek Park

Drawbridge Realty Trust, a San Francisco-based real estate investment and development firm, acquired the two-story Stonecreek Park building in Austin, TX from The Lionstone Group for slightly less than $17 million, or about $220 per square foot


The Class A office and life science building delivered in 2000 at 3300 Duval Rd. in Austin’s Northwest high-tech corridor. The submarket is known for its technology tenants, which includes Apple, Google and IBM, among others


Stonecreek Park totals 76,910 square feet and is anchored by Myriad RBM, a molecular diagnostic company, according to CoStar information


Walter Saad, Cathy Nabours and Todd Mills of CBRE represented the seller
