Main Street Hub has enlisted two more executives one month after company officials said they planned to use a $14 million financing to hire 300 workers

The Austin-based company has hired Mandy Cole as senior vice president of sales, and Cathy Hardin as vice president of customer success

Cole, previously the senior vice president of global sales for Washington, D.C.-based LivingSocial Inc., is expected to grow Main Street Hub’s sales teams in its four offices. Hardin was previously the vice president of customer success at Colorado-based HomeAdvisor Inc.

Main Street Hub, which launched in San Francisco in 2009 and relocated to Austin in 2011, provides a service designed to enable small and midsize businesses to manage their online presence and reputations. The company, which does not disclose its annual revenue, now employs 175 workers and operates offices in San Francisco, New York and Los Angeles

In March, Co-CEO Matt Stuart told me that Main Street Hub plans to hire 300 more workers across all departments this year and assign about 190 of them locally. In late January, the company completed a $14 million Series B round of funding from 14 investors that included California-based Bessemer Venture Partners and California-based Harrison Metal Capital. The financing increased to more than $20 million the amount of investment capital Main Street Hub has collected since launching

Co-CEO Andrew Allison has said Main Street Hub monitors and manages online reputations for $200 to $300 per month. It targets small and medium-sized business owners who don’t have time to manage information posted on the Internet related to their businesses
