Software maker completes $22M funding

Boundary Inc., a California software maker that opened an Austin office last year, has completed a $22 million Series C round of funding


The company has now raised $41 million since launching in 2010. Investors included Adams Street Partners, Triangle Peak Partners, Lightspeed Venture Partners and Scale Venture Partners


In June 2013, San Francisco-based Boundary, which develops management software, opened an Austin office with 12 engineers. It plans to employ 30-35 Austin workers by the end of the year
