Austin-based World Class Capital Group has bought a massive Dallas skyscraper, according to the Dallas Morning News

The building is the KPMG Centre, a 34-story office tower that the investor has had under contract for months, according to the report. The sale price was not disclosed. The building has been under the control of lenders since 2012

World Class Capital Group is reportedly negotiating with California-based Omnitracs LLC to lease space in the tower. The building has seen a number of tenants sign leases with other properties and move out, including the title tenant KPMG LLP and the Lockton Cos., according to the report.

World Class Capital has quickly become one of Austin's most prolific real estate companies, with properties near Circuit of The Americas, in downtown Austin and elsewhere
