Are AQUILA’s offices open?

To ensure the seamless operations of our buildings and service to our tenants, AQUILA’s headquarters office and on-site property management offices remain open, with all nonessential staff asked to work from home. 

This means that, for now, our property managers and maintenance staff are on-site and in the office, ready to respond to your needs. Specific logistics may change as the situation evolves, but rest assured our team will be available to respond to your needs.

 

How should tenants submit service requests?

In the interest of limiting the opportunity for transmission of COVID-19, we are asking that tenants please submit all work orders online or via the phone when possible. We ask that you try to avoid coming into the office to submit your requests in person.

What is the status of my project with AQUILA?

Though everyone may not be in the office, AQUILA staff, brokers, managers, accountants, marketers and administrators are still working diligently to serve our clients and tenants. To check on the status of your current project with AQUILA, please reach out directly to your main point of contact.

I’ve been invited to an AQUILA event. Is it still happening?

In light of the CDC’s recommendation to postpone or cancel all events over 50 people for the next eight weeks, AQUILA will be rescheduling all internal and client-facing social events that were planned for the next two months. More information on cancellations or rescheduled events will be distributed to invitees via email.
