In 1Q 2024 Dun & Bradstreet, a global provider of market intelligence, business insights, and risk management solutions signed a 36,248-square-foot sublease at Domain Gateway. This space sat on the market for five months after being vacated by Indeed. In 3Q 2024, Builder Homesite picked up an additional 11,077 square feet of sublease space at this location. After the signing of these leases, 108,286 square feet remains on the market.

2. GetScale at Terrace 6

Size: 33,176 square feet
Submarket: Southwest

GetScale, a company that assists businesses in marketing, recruitment, and sales, signed a sublease for 33,176 square feet at The Terrace 6. This lease was signed in 4Q 2024 for space previously held by Enverus. This is only a fraction of the 65,106 square feet that Enverus put on the market 25 months ago. 

3. ResiBrands at Riata Corporate Park 7

In 2Q 2024, Resibrands signed a 30,870-square-foot sublease at Riata Corporate Park 7. This space was previously occupied by Restaurant 365. Since this lease was signed, Riata Corporate Park 7 is now 100% leased.

Meta put 582,243 square feet of space at Sixth and Guadalupe on the sublease market after the building’s delivery in 2023. Meta was expected to occupy the entire building but announced their plans to step away shortly before the tower’s delivery. Meta has shed over a million square feet of office space in Austin over the past few years as the company has shifted toward a remote work model.

2. Superior Healthplan at 5900 E. Ben White, Building 1

Max Contiguous Available Sublease: 215,812 square feet
Months on the market: 29 months
Submarket: Southeast

Superior Healthplan, a healthcare organization that provides affordable healthcare to over 1.7 million Texans, has 215,812 square feet of sublease space on the market at 5900 E. Ben White. This space covers the entirety of building 1 in the building park which also includes industrial and flex space.
