Four Hands, a furniture wholesaler and designer, signed a lease for 570,489 square feet at Airport Logistics Center in 2Q 2024. Four Hands is leasing the entirety of Building 2 at Airport Logistics Center. This is one of many leases Four Hands has signed around the outskirts of Austin in recent years.
Four Hands occupies over 1 million square feet of industrial space in the area, but this is their first lease along the SH-130 corridor.
2. Saronic Technologies
Saronic Technologies, a manufacturer of unmanned surface vehicles used for maritime security, signed a lease for 413,388 square feet at Eastside Commerce Center in 4Q 2024.
