1. Domain 1

Domain 1, located within Northwest Austin’s Domain development, is primarily occupied by WeWork, Aristocrat Technologies and Atkins. As a part of the Domain, this building is conveniently located within walking distance of some of Austin’s premier dining, shopping, multi-family and entertainment options.
The dog-friendly atmosphere, combined with the surrounding amenity base, may have been what drew these top tech tenants to the property.
2. Ladera Bend
Address: 7300 RR 2222, Austin, TX 78730
Total Building Size: 45,000 SF
Ladera Bend is an office complex in the Northwest submarket. It consists of both retail storefronts and office space. Ladera Bend is located directly off of RR 2222 near Loop 360, which gives quick access to the rest of the Northwest submarket and the city of Austin as a whole.
This office building includes amenities such as balconies for each suite and hill country views. Tenants in the project include AWL, Khoros and Anytime Fitness, to name a few.

3. Lakewood Center I & II

Located near the intersection of FM 620 and RR 2222, Preserve at 620 has quick access to Northwest Austin’s major thoroughfares. This building is situated in the Balcones Canyonlands, which is just minutes from Lake Travis.
Some of the building’s amenities include a fitness center, pocket parks, and indoor/outdoor courtyards. Current tenants at Preserve at 620 include Corning and Innovative Aftermarket Systems.
Preserve at 620 also features a dog run for those who choose to bring their dogs to work.
5. Stonelake 6

Stonelake 6 is part of a six-building value-office complex located along MoPac Expressway just north of Braker Lane in the Northwest submarket. These major thoroughfares give quick access to everything the Northwest submarket has to offer as well as the CBD.
