The pet-friendly office, combined with the surrounding amenity base, may have been what drew these top tech tenants to the property.
2. Ladera Bend

Ladera Bend is an office complex in the Northwest submarket. It consists of both retail storefronts and office space. Ladera Bend is located directly off of RR 2222 near Loop 360, which gives quick access to the rest of the Northwest submarket and the city of Austin as a whole.
