2. T3 Eastside

T3 Eastside, (Timber, Transit, Technology) is a new office building incorporating a completely sustainable timber frame. The three-story building will have a fitness center, yoga studio, rooftop patio, and access to local transit systems. Hines is the developer and JLL will oversee the leasing of the project. 

 

3. 2105 E MLK

2105 E. MLK is a three-story, 30,081-square-foot office building expected to deliver in 2Q 2023. The space offers access to outdoor space, bike storage, and a healthful work environment. The flexible space offers options for both single and multi-tenant floor plans. JLL is handling leasing, Cushing Terrell is the lead architect, and Sabre Commercial is the general contractor. 

 

4. Red Bluff

Red Bluff is a 102,753-square-foot boutique office space delivering in 4Q 2023 and will be the first project in the Red Bluff District. HN Capital Partners is the developer with CBRE handling leasing. 

 

Conclusion

These four projects will bring over 300,000 square feet of office space to the rapidly changing East Austin neighborhood. It will be exciting to see what else 2023 will bring to the area.
