H-E-B Cedar Park Center

Lake Travis

The Brushy Creek Corporate Center is one of the largest industrial properties in Cedar Park. Buildings 1 and 2 have a combined rentable building area of 231,030 sf. The property is located on a 16-acre site on 1200 BMC Drive with easy access to TX-45 and US 183 highways. 

The property has emerged as an R&D hub, with a tenant list including Evets Global Co., a semiconductor refurbishment company; Hyliion, a hybrid truck manufacturer; and AMT Inc, a manufacturer of 3D printing technology.

The Artisan at James Avery Plaza is expected to deliver in 2Q 2021. The building will be home to James Avery’s second headquarters and will have 16,084 sf of space available for lease upon delivery. The building will be located at 6300 183A Toll Road, close to many popular restaurants and retail.
