AQUILA Commercial today announced that it has been awarded the leasing of Kyle Crossing, a 40-acre multi-tenant industrial business park in Kyle, Texas developed by Majestic Realty Co.

Kyle Crossing consists of two buildings totaling 535,113 square feet (Building 1:1980 Kohlers Crossing, 227,273 sf; Building 2: 2575 Kyle Crossing, 307,840 sf). Building 1 is a rear-load configuration with 32-foot clear height and 54 dock-high doors and Building 2 is cross-dock facility with 36-foot clear height and 89 dock-high doors. Both buildings have plentiful employee and trailer parking, are in shell condition, and are ready for tenant improvements.

The property is in a triple freeport tax exempt location, just one block west of IH-35 at the southwest corner of Kyle Crossing and Kohler Crossing.

Kyle is the fifth fastest-growing city in the state of Texas according to the Kyle Chamber of Commerce, and its location between Austin and San Antonio along the IH-35 corridor makes it ideal for manufacturers and distributors requiring access to the state’s major cities.
