AQUILA Commercial today announced that it has been awarded the leasing of Prominent Pointe in northwest Austin, Texas.
Prominent Pointe is a two-building, Class A office project totaling just over 256,000 SF. The property is in a lush Hill Country setting along Capital of Texas Highway near Spicewood Springs, just past The Arboretum.
The building features a recently updated tenant lounge and on-site cafe, as well as a newly equipped full-service gym, structured parking, and a shared conference facility.
Plans are in place for common area improvements, including extensive landscape and entryway updates throughout the property and lobby/hallway renovations within Building 2.
Ownership also plans to create more “move-in ready” options in Building 1 through a spec suite program.
