Now in its fourth year, the golf tournament benefits Texas 4000, an Austin-based not-for-profit organization dedicated to fighting cancer and cultivating the next generation of leaders. Over the last 10 years, Texas 4000 has contributed over $4.5 million to cancer fighting programs primarily in the state of Texas, such as UT’s M.D. Anderson Cancer Center and The University of Texas at Austin’s Biomedical Engineering Department.

This year’s tournament will be hosted on Monday, March 9, 2015 at the Omni Barton Creek Resort and Spa on the Crenshaw Cliffside Course. The tournament will be a scramble format with a shotgun start at 1:30 p.m. Early bird registration lasts through February 15 and is $125 per player or $500 per foursome. Registration includes the player’s green fee, cart, range balls, goodie bag, dinner and tournament prizes.
