AQUILA Commercial today announced it will be marketing three northwest Austin office properties for lease. The properties are owned by KBS and include:

  • Great Hills Plaza, a three-story, 139,000-sf Class A office building located at 9600 Great Hills Trail, just north of Loop 360 and adjacent to The Arboretum
  • Westech 360, a four-building, 176,000-sf Class A office park located at 8911 N. Capital of Texas Highway, across from The Arboretum
  • Park Centre 1, 2 & 3, a three-building, 203,000-sf Class A office property located at 8601 Ranch Road 2222, just west of Loop 360, near Jester Estates

Currently, Park Centre has nearly 100,000 sf of available space, with up to 60,000 sf contiguous. Westech 360 has 12,606 sf available for lease, while Great Hills Plaza has 3,593 sf of available space.
