AQUILA Commercial today announced its marketing of the MetCenter II portfolio for lease on behalf of Mohr Capital.

Mohr Capital announced their acquisition of the property in December 2019.

MetCenter II consists of five buildings and includes MetCenter 3, a 160,000-sf industrial building and MetCenter 12 through 15, four flex/office buildings that total 244,800 sf. Notable tenants at the project include Amazon, Arrive Logistics, Ascension, Texas Health and Human Services, and Uber.

MetCenter II is located at 7000 and 7701 Metropolis Drive in Southeast Austin. The property is adjacent to Austin-Bergstrom International Airport and just 10 minutes from the city’s core.

The development features numerous amenities including hike and bike trails, sport courts, a disc golf course, a covered food truck area and on-site Austin Java, public transportation, hotels and overnight security.

Currently, MetCenter 3 has a 64,000-sf industrial space available, and MetCenter 12 has a 19,200-sf office space available for lease.
