Today AQUILA Commercial announced LatinWorks, the award-winning, full-service multicultural advertising agency, has moved into its new headquarters at 2500 Bee Caves Road in Austin, Texas. With this new lease, LatinWorks is more than doubling their space, expanding from its previous 25,000 SF to over 52,000 SF at Rollingwood Plaza. LatinWorks was previously located at Capital Tower at 206 E. 9th Street.
The LatinWorks lease was the key lease to kick off the construction of Rollingwood Plaza Buildings I and II, a project under development by Endeavor Real Estate.
The layout of the office is designed to ensure the space provides an environment in which creativity and strategic output can be maximized. The open floor plan allows for increased collaboration and strengthening across all departments within the agency. As catering to the needs of all “LatinWorkers” is of the highest importance, employees are able to personalize their workspaces for optimal comfort along with the option to raise or lower their desks throughout the day.

Included in the space is a state-of-the-art theater to be used for industry gatherings and client meetings, multiple areas for teams to gather & collaborate, a 24-hour workout facility and a game room for employees to take a break and unwind throughout their day. Don’t be surprised to see employees writing on the walls as they are coated with a special paint that allows for creative expression anywhere in the office.
