  • Chicago Title of Texas renewed its 3,197-square-foot lease and was represented by Ryan Tiernan of Orion Realty Group and Cortland Lowe of HPI. Chicago Title of Texas provides title insurance and real estate services such as closing and escrow, document recording, special projects, 1031 property exchanges and more in the state of Texas.
  • D&S Community Services renewed its 8,246-square-foot lease and was represented by Wayne March of McAllister & Associates. D&S Community Services is a leading provider of residential services and supports for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Texas, Tennessee, and Kentucky.
