AQUILA Commercial today announced that Cognitive Scale has renewed and expanded its lease at 9500 Arboretum at 9500 Arboretum Boulevard in northwest Austin, Texas. Cognitive Scale is an international AI software company with headquarters in Austin.
With this expansion, Cognitive Scale now occupies 54,070 square feet at the property, and the building remains 100% leased.
