AQUILA Commercial today announced that the former Bismeaux Studios property in South Austin has sold.

The 1.12-acre site located at 4023 & 4025 Manchaca Road consists of two lots and three buildings, totaling 6,034 square feet.

The 4023 Manchaca Road lot was sold by Cramden Coach – Ray Benson and was the former home to Bismeaux Studios, the recording studio founded by Ray Benson of Asleep at the Wheel.

The 4025 Manchaca Road lot was sold by Gordon Israel and was the former location of Draco Services, an organization that provides residential services to individuals with development disabilities.

Natalie Lake and Francisco Villamizar purchased both lots. Brad Buckman and Leigh Ellis of AQUILA Commercial represented the sellers in the transaction.
