AQUILA Commercial today announced three new leases and one renewal signed at UFCU Plaza in Austin, Texas.

  • Heartflow leased 11,022 square feet and was represented by Brian Walker and Brian Butterfield of Cushman & Wakefield.
  • TK20 leased 10,974 square feet and was represented by Kristi Svec Simmons, Jon Wheless and Max McDonald at AQUILA Commercial. TK20 is an Austin based software company that offers assessment and reporting software solutions.
  • Intrado renewed its 6,885 square foot lease and was represented by Tim Minton of Steinco, Inc.
  • Lee Lewis Construction leased 2,909 square feet and was represented by Charlie Hill of Cushman & Wakefield. Lee Lewis Construction is a construction management firm with offices in Austin, Dallas and Lubbock.
