AQUILA Commercial today announced Qualia Labs has signed a 3,325-square foot sublease at 816 Congress at 816 Congress Avenue in Austin, Texas. Qualia Labs produces software for real estate title companies. Periscope Holdings was the sublessor in the transaction.
