Carr brings decades of experience in corporate real estate, project leasing, and property management. She has held senior positions with organizations including Commercial Texas, T. Stacey & Associates, Freescale, St. Jude Medical, Abbott Laboratories, and NXP. She also led business development efforts for JE Dunn Construction in Austin, further expanding her expertise in corporate real estate and construction.
In her new role at AQUILA, Carr will lead the firm’s business development strategy across all service lines: tenant representation, landlord and project leasing, property and project management, site selection, and investment services. She will also guide strategic company initiatives, support client projects, and mentor emerging real estate professionals, with a focus on advancing women in the industry.
