Austin, TX —

Generational Commercial Properties today announced the sale of Riata Crossing 6 to Greater Texas Credit Union. Located at 12544 Riata Vista Circle in Austin, Texas, the new building is adjacent to Apple’s existing Austin campus, in the heart of the robust Northwest office submarket.

The two-story 50,480-sf office building was developed by Generational Commercial Properties to serve as GTCU’s new headquarters.

“Riata Crossing 6 is a wildly successful project. In partnership with AQUILA, we worked to earn the trust of a new client and delivered another iconic corporate headquarters. We’re thrilled with the project, our new client and believe we’ve added another beautiful building to the cityscape,” said Joe Llamas, principal at Generational Commercial Properties.

Studio 8 Architects designed the project, and Zapalac Reed served as the general contractor.

Bethany Perez, Bart Matheney and Chad Barrett with AQUILA Commercial represented the seller, Generational Commercial Properties, and Lance Morris with Retail Connection represented the buyer, Greater Texas Federal Credit Union, in the transaction.
