AQUILA Commercial today announced Social Solutions has signed a 39,516 -square foot lease at Braker Pointe II at 10801-2 Mopac Expressway in Austin, Texas. The lease is comprised of 26,516 sf that the tenant was initially subleasing and 13,000 sf of expansion space.
Social Solutions provides case management software for nonprofits and has offices in Austin, Texas and Baltimore, Maryland.
