  • Carollo Engineers renewed its 1,398-sf lease and was represented by Dustin McFarland and Zack Jamail with Savills Studley. Carollo Engineers is an environmental engineering firm that specializes in planning, design and construction of water and wastewater facilities.
  • Falcon Insurance Agency renewed its 1,873-sf lease and was represented by Ryan Harstell with Oxford Partners. Falcon Insurance Agency is a Texas-based aviation insurance company.
  • Macedon Technologies signed a 2,141-sf lease and was represented by Josh LaFico with Newmark Knight Frank. Macedon Technologies is a Virginia-based private IT services company.

Plaza 290 is located at 5316 Hwy 290 in Austin, Texas. Seth Stuart, Bethany Perez and Leigh Ellis represented the landlord in the transactions.
