AQUILA Commercial today announced two leases signed at Echelon I in Austin, Texas.

  • Morrison & Head LP leased 6,238 square feet and was represented by Matt Frizell and Kevin Granger with Cushman & Wakefield. Morrison & Head LP provides property tax valuation and consulting services across Texas.
  • Orbis Education Services leased 16,607 square feet and was represented by Brian Cheek with Newmark Partners, LP. Orbis Education partners with universities to expand their pre-licensure healthcare programs.

David Putman, Ben Tolson and Seth Stuart of AQUILA Commercial represented the landlord in the transactions. Echelon I is located at 9430 Research Blvd. in Austin, Texas.
