AQUILA Commercial today announced two leases signed at Braker Business Park in Austin, Texas.

  • Bath Planet signed a lease for 6,032 square feet at Braker 11 and was represented by Case McCoy with HPI Tenant Advisors. Bath Planet is a bath and shower manufacturing and sales company.
  • Bryan Anthonys expanded into an additional 9,247 square feet at Braker 6 and was represented by Brett Carr with Flintrock Commercial. Bryan Anothonys is a jewelry designer and online sales company.
