AQUILA Commercial today announced two leases signed at Braker Pointe I in Austin, Texas.

  • Sharp Electronics has renewed its 2,486-square foot lease and was represented by Tim Laine of NAI Partners. Sharp Electronics is a Japanese corporation that designs and manufactures a wide range of electronic consumer and business products.
  • Cyren relocated within the building, expanded to a total of 9,128 square feet and added additional term to its lease. Cyren was represented by Chad Jewell with Austin Office Space. Cyren is an international cloud-based security solutions provider.

Ben Tolson, Bethany Perez and Bart Matheney with AQUILA Commercial represented the landlord in both transactions. Braker Pointe I is located at 10801-1 North MoPac Expressway in Austin, Texas.
