AQUILA Commercial today announced two leases signed at Brushy Creek Corporate Center in Cedar Park, Texas.

  • Hyliion signed a lease for 83,470 square feet and was represented by Melissa Totten with Cushman & Wakefield. Hyliion announced in February that they would be moving the headquarters to the Austin area; the company will occupy the building in Q4 2018.

    The company is bringing hybrid electric technology to tractor-trailers.

  • Evets Global Co. signed a lease for 26,908 square feet and was represented by Omar Nasser and Blake Patterson with Peloton Real Estate Partners. Evets is specializes in semiconductor equipment refurbishment and the sale of spare parts.

    Evets occupied the building Q1 2018.

Leigh Ellis, Mike Murphy and Kaylee Aune of AQUILA Commercial and Trevor Lovelady of IGX represented the landlord in the transactions. Brushy Creek Corporate Center is located at 1200 BMC Drive in Cedar Park, Texas.
