AQUILA Commercial today announced two leases signed at The Terrace, Building 2 in Austin, Texas.

  • Insperity has signed a 4,068-square foot lease and was represented by Kelly Woodruff of CBRE. Insperity is a provider of HR and business solutions, based out of Houston, Texas.
  • Navidar signed a 2,367-square foot lease and was represented by Steven Gillespie with Texas Office Advisors. Navidar is an investment banking firm with offices across the nation.

Ben Tolson, David Putman and Bart Matheney of AQUILA Commercial represented the landlord in the transactions. The Terrace is located at 2700 Via Fortuna in Austin, Texas.
