AQUILA Commercial announced two leases signed at Braker Pointe in Austin, Texas.

  • Transperfect Translation Services signed a lease for 10,354 square feet at Braker Pointe I and was represented by Will Brown with Sonny Brown Associates, LLC and Robert Kulik with REAL Broker Commercial, LLC. Transperfect Translation Services provides language services and technology solutions.
  • Berkley Insurance Company signed a lease for 9,350 square feet at Braker Pointe II and was represented by Dave Wilson, Stayton Wright and Hunter Jones with Transwestern. Berkley Insurance Company provides insurance solutions.
