AQUILA Commercial today announced two new leases signed at Braker Pointe I in Austin, Texas.

  • MaxLinear leased 4,072 square feet and was represented by Holiday Hinckley of Cushman & Wakefield. MaxLinear is an international provider of highly integrated radio-frequency (RF) analog and mixed-signal semiconductor solutions for broadband communications applications based out of Carlsbad, California.
  • Cyren leased 2,584 square feet and was represented by Chad Jewell of Austin Office Space. Cyren is an international cloud-based security solutions provider.
