AQUILA Commercial today announced two leases signed at The Terrace in Austin, Texas.

  • Leon Capital Group signed a 4,651-square feet lease and was represented by Casey Casper with Stream Realty. Leon Capital Group is a real estate investment company that focuses on retail, multi-family and residential development and self-storage properties.
  • Ryan Law Firm, LLP signed a 3,708-square foot lease and was represented by Mike Kennedy, John Baird and Jeff Henley with Avison Young. Ryan Law Firm, LLP is an Austin-based tax law firm with offices across the country.
