AQUILA Commercial today announced four leases were signed at The Terrace in Austin, Texas.
- The Ampersand Agency signed a new lease for 4,356 square feet in Building 6 and was represented by Russell Davis of Skyles Bayne. The Ampersand Agency is a full-service boutique creative agency based in Austin, Texas.
- Boulette, Golden & Marin, LLP renewed its 4,937 square foot lease in Building 7 and was represented by David Dawkins with PCR Brokerage Austin. Boulette, Golden & Marin, LLP is an Austin-based employment and litigation law firm.
- Kirkus Media signed a new lease for 2,042 square feet in Building 1 and was represented by Will Crawley with Endeavor Real Estate Group. Kirkus Media provides book reviews and recommendations as well as a full suite of author services.
- Philadelphia Insurance renewed and relocated its 2,559 square foot lease within Building 1 and was represented by Eric Galanti with CBIZ Gibraltar Real Estate Services. Philadelphia Insurance is a commercial Property/Casualty and Professional Liability firm based out of Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania.
