  • Jose Luis Salon has renewed its lease for 4,207 square feet and was represented by Eric Costa with Pure Partners. Jose Luis Salon is a locally owned beauty salon with multiple locations throughout Austin.
  • Baxsto has renewed and expanded to a total of 1,691 square feet and was represented by Case McCoy of HPI. The expansion nearly doubles the company’s footprint within the building
