Adam brings energy and a can-do attitude to each project, property and tenant he comes in contact with. He has a thirst for knowledge and is constantly striving to develop his property management skills. 

Adam serves as assistant property manager for the PacTrust portfolio – Braker Point I & II and 9500 Arboretum. He is in charge of day-to-day tenant work orders and correspondence, accounts payable and receivable, monthly tenant bill backs and various other property management duties.

Adam entered the real estate industry working for a rapidly expanding real estate tech company in Austin, Texas. In 2018, he transitioned into property management, before joining the AQUILA team.

Adam enjoys taking his four-legged child to trails, parks and creeks and he is very passionate about healthy eating (vegan/vegetarian)...
