Known for her steady leadership and hands-on approach, she works closely with property owners, vendors, and tenants to ensure properties are professionally maintained and operating at their highest potential.
Before joining AQUILA, Barbara spent more than eight years with Endeavor Real Estate Group, serving as both senior property manager and general manager. Prior to that, she built an extensive foundation in commercial real estate during a 17-year tenure with Brandywine Realty Trust. Her broad industry background has given her deep expertise in property operations, team leadership, budgeting, and delivering exceptional service across a wide range of commercial assets.
