Bilingual and detail-oriented, Bibi brings a service-minded approach to her work and is focused on creating a positive experience for tenants while helping properties operate efficiently.
Before joining AQUILA, Bibi worked as an assistant property manager with Colliers, where she oversaw commercial and retail properties and supported tenant relations, budgeting, inspections, and maintenance coordination. She also previously held property management and leasing roles with Brandywine Realty Trust, Associa, RPM Living, NRP Group, RE Carroll Management, and Capstone Real Estate Services, building experience across commercial and residential real estate.
