Caleb Eby

Caleb is an associate on AQUILA’s industrial team, where he works closely with brokers to produce market surveys, draft proposals, and support clients throughout the leasing and transaction process.

He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in May 2026 and previously held real estate internship roles that gave him early exposure to market analysis, client support, and the day-to-day dynamics of commercial real estate.

Outside the office, Caleb enjoys playing guitar, golfing, and exploring Austin’s restaurant scene. On Saturdays in the fall, you can usually find him at DKR cheering on the Longhorns.
