Chris is one of AQUILA’s founding principals and a recognized leader in the Austin commercial real estate industry.
Chris is a member of AQUILA’s Management Committee and is a leader of the firm’s tenant representation team.
Chris has a long history in the Austin market and utilizes both his local relationships and global connections to ensure successful real estate transactions for his clients.
Chris specializes in tenant representation and focuses on both local transactions and national accounts. He is also an active commercial real estate investment broker and can assist with property acquisitions and dispositions.
In January 2007, Chris struck out with several partners to found AQUILA Commercial. He envisioned a commercial real estate firm where creativity was promoted, hard work rewarded and internal barriers didn’t exist.
Prior to founding AQUILA, Chris served as the Tenant Representation Division Leader for Trammell Crow’s Austin office.
Chris served his country as a member of the U.S. Military, spending a total of ten years serving in the Marine Corps Reserves and later the Army National Guard, where he attained the rank of lieutenant.
