Emily Sampson

Emily is a property coordinator at AQUILA, where she helps keep properties running smoothly through tenant relations, work order management, database support, service contracts, and financial reporting. In her role, she brings a steady, service-oriented approach to the day-to-day details that support both tenants and property teams.

Before joining AQUILA, Emily built a diverse background across apartment property management with CAF Management, HOA management with Crest Property Management, marketing with Empire Creative Marketing, hospitality at Hilton, and patient access in an emergency room setting. This well-rounded experience gives her a strong foundation in communication, organization, problem-solving, and staying calm in fast-paced environments.

Outside of work, Emily loves spending time in nature, camping, and dancing at music festivals whenever she gets the chance.
