Jack Nxumalo

As an assistant chief building engineer at AQUILA, Jack helps oversee the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and repair of commercial properties. Drawing on extensive hands-on experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems, he works closely with the engineering and property management teams to keep buildings operating safely and efficiently.

Before joining AQUILA, Jack served as a lead building engineer with Stream Realty, where he supervised maintenance staff, coordinated repairs and service contracts, assisted with budgeting, and supported more than 300,000 square feet of properties across Austin. He previously held engineering and maintenance roles with HPI Real Estate Services, The Driskill, and JW Marriott.

Outside of work, Jack enjoys spending time on the golf course and playing a round whenever he gets the chance.
